Expanding into the agricultural industry

Heaven Organic Thailand is an extension of "Heaven Farm" which has been operating for over 5 years as a successful community enterprise in cultivating high-quality mushrooms in Chonburi Province. Its strengths are in innovation in low-cost production - high yield and building trust from consumers nationwide. To support long-term growth and expand to the industrial level, the company plans to expand its business in 3 main directions as follows:

1. Increase production capacity 10 times within 3 years.

  • From 250 kg/day → 2,500 kg/day
  • Invest in building a new farm + export standard processing plant
  • Add fresh mushroom, processed mushroom, herbal extract and functional food lines

2. Exploit the agricultural industry export market.

  • Build Thai brands into international markets through partnerships in Japan, Korea, Europe
  • Expand products into Wellness Food and Nutraceutical groups
  • Develop products from premium medicinal mushrooms such as Yamabushitake, etc.

3. Restructure to become a public company and enter the stock market.

  • Plan to enter the mai market by 2028
  • Increase capital, set up accounting systems according to international standards, and prepare for an IPO
  • Create long-term business value for shareholders and society

Goals and objectives

Heaven Organic Thailand aims to become a leader in organic agriculture in the ASEAN region. In the short term, we focus on expanding our production base and domestic market, aiming to increase production capacity to 2,500 kilograms per day within 3 years, build a standardized processing plant, and develop new products that meet consumer needs. In the long term, we plan to expand our export market and enter the Stock Exchange of Thailand (mai or SET) to raise capital for future growth.

Marketing strategy

Heaven Organic Thailand uses a variety of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and reach our target customer base. We focus on building a strong brand, emphasizing product quality, sustainability and reliability. We use digital marketing to reach out to customers through online channels and build strong customer relationships. We also attend trade shows and events to promote our products and network with our partners.

Action plan

Heaven Organic Thailand has a clear and step-by-step operational plan to achieve its goals. In the first year, we will focus on expanding the planting area and increasing production capacity. In the second year, we will build a processing plant and develop new products. In the third year, we will start expanding the export market and prepare for the stock market listing. We have a capable and experienced team who will be responsible for implementing the plan and closely monitoring the results.

Use of Funds Structure $1 million (36 million baht)

Heaven Organic Thailand is seeking $1 million (approximately 36 million baht) in funding to support its expansion plans. This capital will be used to expand its cultivation area, build a processing plant, invest in technology and marketing. We offer investors an attractive investment option where they can gain exposure to the company's growth and have the opportunity to exit via an IPO or a merger and acquisition (M&A).
